I'm Alexis.

Alexis McAnally, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a nurse practitioner and FEMM certified educator with a passion for helping women navigate the physical and emotional changes in their bodies from puberty to menopause. Focusing on the health of the whole person and pulling from her healthcare background she collaborates with women to train them to better understand their bodies using the FEMM model. FEMM, Fertility Education & Medical Management, is an education and reproductive health program helping recognize that ovulation is a sign of health and empowers women to achieve health and reproductive goals by gaining a better understanding of their biology so they can become full participants in their health.
